Eye Lift in general refers to an upper eyelid blepaharoplasty (a.k.a. bleph).  A bleph generally consists of removing excess skin and fat through an incision.  The incision is strategically hidden in a natural crease of the upper eyelid. The scar is not visible in the open eye. The scar heals as a thin white line which is only visible when the eye is closed e.g. sleeping. There is, unfortunatley, no other incisions available for an upper bleph.
In comparision, a lower bleph can be performed through several types of incisions, some being completely invisible.
